Secured Trailer Parking

We have available this year a limited number of secured trailer parking spots that are in close proximity to the LeConte Center. Trailers and support vehicles can be stored at the lot from Wednesday, August 13th at noon through Sunday, August 17th at noon. Security will be on site 24 hours a day. A one-time fee of $100 will cover all days. Pay by the day will NOT be available! The spaces are very limited and on a first come first serve basis!
The rules:
- Trailers are limited to 40ft.
- You must have a valid ID that matches your online trailer registration form
- Cancellations on or before July 13, 2025 will be charged a 25% administrative fee. No refunds after July 13, 2025.
- The spaces are non transferable!!
- You will receive an email with directions and a map to the secured trailer lot 2 weeks prior to the event. All information will be sent to the email used during registration.
