Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All merchandise sales are final. If you received the wrong item please email us at gsmbsmerch@gmail.com include your invoice number and the issue with your order.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Show & Shine entries and additional armbands within 30 days of the event.
  • Secured trailer parking within 30 days of the events.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Show & Shine cancellations made more than 31 days before the event will include a 50% cancellation fee and square fees
  • Secured trailer parking cancellations made more than 31 days before the event will include a 25% cancellation fee and square fees

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less square fees within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gsmbsmerch@gmail.com

Shipping returns

If approved, you will receive a return address to ship your items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
